- 2 lbs. organic, pastured chicken wings
- 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- In a mixing bowl, place chicken and cover in oil and massage in the seasonings.
- Place seasoned wings on greased baking sheet and slow roast for 2 hours at 275° F.
