- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can navy beans, rinsed
- 2 avocados, skinned and pitted
- 2 juiced lemons or limes
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients in high-speed blend and mix until creamy. Add more water and/or oil, and adjust seasonings if desired.
- Garnish with cumin, cracked pepper, and avocado oil.
- Enjoy with veggie sticks or non-GMO corn chips.
