- 2-3 purple sweet potatoes
- Coconut oil, melted
- Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Wash and slice sweet potatoes carefully with a mandolin.
- Place in a bowl and generously coat with melted coconut oil and sea salt.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on each side, flipping chips half way through.
- Serve with guacamole and enjoy!
