- 3 cans full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp raw honey (or stevia to taste)
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup carob powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
- Place in ice cream machine or pour into a large glass bowl and freeze overnight.
- Allow to soften, garnish and enjoy!
