- 1 medium bunch fresh, organic parsley
- 1/2 cup pure water (or more to thin, if desired)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp. sea salt
- 6 cloves roasted garlic (or fresh, if desired)
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until desired consistency.
