- 1 avocado, pitted and skin removed
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Thin with water if desired.
- Enjoy over salad, veggies, or protein.
- Keep refrigerated in a jar for about 3 days.
