- 1 bag frozen organic strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 4 tbs grass-fed gelatin
- Blend berries, banana and coconut milk in high-speed blender.
- Pour mixture into medium saucepan and heat on low-medium.
- Slowly whisk in gelatin, one spoonful at a time, until thoroughly incorporated.
- Pour mixture into glass casserole dish or molds (greased with coconut oil) and allow to set in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Top with coconut cream and enjoy!
