- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 can full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 375° for 1 hour or until soft and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove and discard peels.
- Place peeled potatoes, coconut milk, cinnamon, cloves and salt into a high-speed blender and mix until combined and smooth.
- Pour into serving vessel and garnish with clove or cinnamon powder.
