- 2 cups homemade (preferred) or store bought kombucha tea
- 1/2 cup organic strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, finely diced
- Set of 6 BPA free popsicle molds
- Drop strawberries and ginger bits into molds.
- Pour kombucha over berries, leave 1/2 inch at rim for expansion.
- Place popsicle holder sticks into mold and freeze for 4-6 hours.
