- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (or carob powder)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey (optional)
- Fresh whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Combine all ingredients, except gelatin, in blender until smooth consistency is obtained.
- Add gelatin powder and incorporate at low speed until combined.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Top with fresh whipped cream and enjoy!
