- 1 large heirloom tomato
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Organic olive oil for drizzling
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Slice tomato and mozzarella and arrange on plate.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- Generously drizzle with oil and add salt and pepper.
- Chill and enjoy!
