
Cocoa Banana Smoothie
- 1 can coconut milk
 - 1 banana, frozen in chunks
 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
 - 2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1 tsp. sea salt
 
- Put all ingredients, excluding collagen, in a high-speed blender and mix on high speed.
 - Once thoroughly mixed, add collagen and incorporate at low speed.
 - Enjoy!
