Lemon-Vanilla Fat Bombs

Lemon-Vanilla Fat Bombs

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 lemon juiced, including pulp
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey or 1 tsp. stevia
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of turmeric (for vibrant color)
  1. Put all ingredients in saucepan and heat on low until combined.
  2. Place into a blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into coconut oil greased molds and refrigerate until firm – about 30 minutes.
  4. Pop out of molds and enjoy!
